These Terms & Conditions apply to all transportation services provided by SK Taxis. By booking a ride with us, using our website, or utilising our services, you automatically agree to the terms outlined below. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

  1. Bookings & Reservations

We want to ensure your vehicle arrives exactly when you need it. To help us deliver the best service, please keep the following booking guidelines in mind:

Advance Bookings: We highly recommend booking your taxi in advance, especially for airport transfers, peak hours, and long-distance journeys.

Accurate Information: It is your responsibility to provide exact pickup locations, final drop-off destinations, contact numbers, and pickup times at the time of booking.

Right to Refusal: SK Taxis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking under reasonable circumstances (e.g., safety concerns, severe weather, or driver unavailability).

  1. Cancellation Policy & No-Show Fees

We understand that travel plans can change. However, last-minute cancellations directly impact our drivers.

Cancellation Window: To avoid any charges, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you cancel your booking late (less than 2 hours before the pickup time) or fail to show up at the designated pickup point, a cancellation or no-show fee may be applied.

  1. Pricing, Rates & Additional Charges

We believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing.

Standard Fares: Our base fares are calculated accurately based on the total distance, travel time, and the specific type of vehicle requested.

Additional Costs: Please note that the final fare may include extra charges for:

  • Extended waiting times.
  • Required parking fees incurred during pickups.
  • En route, route changes or extra passenger stops.
  • Specific airport/seaport drop-off and pickup tolls or terminal charges.
  1. Passenger Conduct & Safety Rules

The safety of our passengers and drivers is our top priority. We expect everyone travelling with us to maintain a respectful and clean environment inside the vehicle.

Zero Tolerance: We do not tolerate aggressive behaviour, abusive language, or threats toward our drivers.

Vehicle Rules: To keep our fleet clean and fresh for everyone, no smoking, no eating food, and no drinking alcohol is permitted inside any SK Taxis vehicle.

Illegal Substances: The possession or consumption of illegal substances inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the journey without a refund.

  1. Limitation of Liability & Lost Property

While we always strive to be perfectly on time, certain factors on the road are entirely out of our hands.

Unforeseen Delays: SK Taxis cannot be held liable for any missed flights, appointments, or financial losses caused by unavoidable delays. This includes heavy traffic congestion, road accidents, severe weather conditions, or unexpected mechanical issues.

Lost Property: You are entirely responsible for your personal belongings. If you leave an item inside one of our vehicles, please report it to our office immediately. We will do our absolute best to help you recover and return your lost property.

  1. Payment Terms & Deposits

We make paying for your ride as convenient as possible.

Accepted Payments: We accept payments via cash, major credit/debit cards, and secure online payment methods.

Advance Booking Deposits: To secure and confirm any advance bookings or long-distance journeys, a 30% deposit is required.

Final Settlement: Unless alternative payment terms have been pre-arranged and authorized by our management, full payment must be settled directly with the driver at the end of your journey.

  1. Airport & Seaport Transfers

Airport and seaport runs require precise timing. Please ensure your transfer goes smoothly by adhering to the following rules:

Verify Details: It is your responsibility to provide the correct flight or cruise ship details, terminal numbers, and scheduled arrival times.

Flight Status Monitoring: We actively track flight statuses to adapt to delays where possible. However, SK Taxis cannot guarantee immediate vehicle availability in cases of major, unscheduled flight delays or airline rescheduling.
